GARDNER, Master Manzell "Manzino" Jr. – age 10 passed away, Thursday, June 11, 2020 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Oakland. Family hour 10:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2020 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. District Elder James E. Manns, Officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 North Perry Street. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:00 AM Saturday. Mr. Gardner, Jr. will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from Noon – 6:00 PM Friday. Master Gardner, Jr. leaves to cherish his memory, parents, Markeeta L. Bell and Manzell D. Gardner, Sr.; grandparents, Mary Wolfe, Anita Wolfe and Johnita Gordon; siblings, Saniya Bell and DeMarius Gardner (twin brother); uncles, Javon Smith, Jashawn Gordon, LaMont Smith, Johnny Washington and Darnell Fields; aunts, Pamela Ford, Rachel Wolfe, Dominique Gardner and Mary Webb; great uncles, Jacqueline Gardner, Marvin Ford, Stephen and Henry Wolfe, Jarvin Gardner, Kenneth Smith, Terry Smith and Bonnie Smith and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends. Master Gardner, Jr. was preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnnie Gardner, Jr; great-aunt, Lisa Page; great grandfather, Johnnie Gardner, Sr; great great great grandmother, Willie Mae Owens and great great aunt, Luretta Owens. All assemblages of more than 10 people in a single indoor shared space and all events of more than 10 people are prohibited in this state. A single indoor shared space includes but is not limited to a room, hall, cafeteria, auditorium, theater, or gallery.
