WHITE, Ms. Tamika Satrene “Mama Mika” – age 52, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at McLaren Hospital Oakland. Family hour 10:00AM Saturday, March 28, 2020 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry Street, with funeral commencing immediately at 11:00AM. Pastor Robert Martin, Officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 North Perry Street. Friends and Pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:00 AM Saturday. Ms. White will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from Noon – 8:00 PM Friday. Ms. White leaves to cherish her memory: children, Tamara N. White, My-Isha White, Edward L. Green and Rakeem Abdul White; grandchildren, Jakobian Davis, Jr., Ke’Shawn Scott, Tamarion Dudley, Tavon, Tony, Taylin and Isaiah White, Shaniyah Stephens, Destiny Hatcher and Serenity Lawton; mother, Delores Blackburn; siblings, Pat (Rod) Tolbert, Andre White, Terri Hunt, Kim White, Salena (Wayne) Seay and Earline (James) Bullock; special aunts, Lillie Johnson and Gloria (Lewis) Rogers; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends including special friends, Tracy Emery and Sullivan “Buff” Green. Ms. White was preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya “Big T” White; father, Robert Rush, Jr; brother, James “Tony” White; brother-in-law, Clifton Hunt; sister-in-law, Karen White; uncle, Frank Johnson. Beginning on March 17, 2020 at 9:00 am, and continuing through April 5, 2020 at 5:00 pm, all assemblages of more than 50 people in a single indoor shared space and all events of more than 50 people are prohibited in this state. A single indoor shared space includes but is not limited to a room, hall, cafeteria, auditorium, theater, or gallery.
