REID, Mrs. Clara Bell – age 82, passed away, Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her residence. Family hour 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry Street with funeral commencing immediately at 2:00 PM. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery, 216 University Drive. Family and Friends will gather at the funeral home at 1:00 PM Tuesday. Mrs. Reid will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00PM - 6:00PM Monday. Mrs. Reid leaves to cherish her memory, children, Bertha Reid, Rosemary Blue, Mary Ann Clayton, Timothy (Margaret) Reid, Ulysses (Delicia) Reid, Steven Reid and Shawn Reid; a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; siblings, M. C. Samuel, Dorothy Mae (Charlie) Campbell; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Reid was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Reid; sons, Ronnie Reid, Rivers Reid, Michael, Harry and Allen Reid; grand-daughter, Shanae Clayton; parents, Theotis and Lou Ann Samuel; siblings, Katie Gary, Esther Banks, Ressie Bell Rias, Arthur Lee and Theotis Samuel.
