FLUELLEN, Ms. Octavia Marie – age 52, passed away, Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at McLaren Hospital Oakland. Family hour 1:30PM Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with Memorial Service commencing immediately at 2:00 PM. Family and Friends will assemble at the funeral home 1:30 PM Saturday. There will be no Public Viewing. Ms. Fluellen leaves to cherish her memory, children, Jerrika Thomas, Olivia Anthony and Kadraya Anthony; grandchildren, ZyAnn Fluellen, Kayden Puckett and Amarria Puckett; mother, Edna Fluellen; siblings, Ricky Fluellen and Anthony Harris and other relatives and friends. Ms. Fluellen was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Taylor and brother, Andre Fluellen.
