CRUTCHER, Ms. Tamara Lynn “Tam -Tam" – age 45, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022 at her residence. Family hour 10:30AM Friday, June 3, 2022 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral commencing immediately at 11:00AM. Family and Friends will assemble 10:30AM Friday at the funeral home. Ms. Crutcher will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed between the hours of 12:00PM - 6:00PM Thursday. Ms. Crutcher leaves to cherish her memory, children, Leontay Crutcher, Makiya Johnson and Erica Crutcher; grandchildren, Dar’vae Reid, Kaleiah Crutcher, Ky’Ren Bass, Kynzlie Crutcher-Bass, Akheim Pittman, Jr. and (soon to be) Kaidence Crutcher; parents, Sharon Starks and Major Jefferson; siblings, Candace Crutcher, Kenya Jefferson and Jalen Jefferson; grandmother, Eliza Smith and a host of other relatives and friends including best friend, Caswella Green. Ms. Crutcher was preceded in death by her daughter, Jalen Wolf; nephew, Ya’harre Stennis; best friend, Sonja Avery; step-mother, Bobbie Steverson; aunts, Ophelia Jefferson and Ernestine Jefferson.
