HAMMOND, Mr. David Brian “Ham Bone” – age 57, passed away, Saturday, August 29, 2020 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Oakland. Family hour 10:00 AM Friday, September 11, 2020 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11:00 AM. Friends and Pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:00 AM Friday. Mr. Hammond will lie in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St. and may be viewed from 1:00 PM - 6:00PM Thursday. Mr. Hammond leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Tina Hammond; children, Eddie Dewalt, Mary (Prince Miles-El) Hammond-El, Khanisha Hammond (Evangaville Wilson, IV) and LaToya Hammond (Dennis Lee, Jr.); grandchildren, Jenaya and Noah Dewalt, Deliyah Boyd, Prince Ravanna Miles-El, Jr., Prince Siraj Miles-El, Kamarie Miles-El, Evangaville Wilson V, Arieonna Wilson, E’Xzaria Wilson, Quadir Wilson, JaShawn Wilson, Kaydan Wilson and LeeAnn Hammond; siblings, Michael (Latrese) Hammond, Darryl Hammond, James (Charmin) Hammond and Pearl Hammond; brothers-in-law, Arthur Smith and George Thompson; sisters-in-law, Zakia Gleen and Tramilla (Morris) Johnson; and other relatives and friends. Mr. Hammond was preceded in death by his son, Charles Hammond; parents, Mary and Charles J. Hammond, Jr; mother-in-law, Linda Gleen; sister-in-law, Linda Dewalt-Moore; grandmother, Estelle Pruitt; best friends, Andre Edwards and Detective Roy Gilbert. At Lawrence E.
