NORMAN, Mrs. Rebecca "Reba" - age 65, passed away, Friday, May 8, 2020 at Regency at Grand Blanc. Public Visitation 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM Friday, May 15, 2020 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street. Mrs. Norman will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from Noon - 6:00 PM Friday. Mrs. Norman leaves to cherish her memory: children, David (Theawiana) Bracewell, Jr. and Timmy (Amanda) Bracewell; father Rev. Edward Miller; grandchildren, Zany Sanders, David Bracewell, III, Timarshay, Christopher, Thomas and Tiemesha Bracewell; great grandchildren, David Bracewell, IV, Anari Wright and Carter Bracewell; future great grand, Noble Hamelin ; siblings, Anne Pendarvis, J. B. Ross, Robert Ross, Lornzie Ross, Rutha Bland, Edward Joseph Miller, Debra O’Neal and June Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Norman was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Norman, Jr.; mothers, Tilda Marie Miller and Bessie Mae Ross; siblings, Edward Ross and Mark Miller; aunt and uncle, Bertha Boykins and Burnis Boykins; step mother, Rutha Miller. The Executive Order is as follows: Acting under the Michigan Constitution of 1963 and Michigan law, I order the following: 1. Beginning on April 10, 2020 at 9:00 am, and continuing through May 28, 2020 at 5:00 pm, all assemblages of more than 10 people in a single indoor shared space and all events of more than 10 people are prohibited in this state. A single indoor shared space includes but is not limited to a room, hall, cafeteria, auditorium, theater, or gallery. The prohibition on assemblages set forth in this section does not apply to: We do understand that this may pose a challenge to you and your family, but our dedicated staff is here to help guide you towards making the best decisions in memorializing your loved one.
