BLACK, Mrs. Sandy Ann "Red"-Age 47, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008 at her residence. Family hour 1:00p.m. Friday, April 18, 2008 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St., with funeral service commencing immediately at 2:00p.m. Pastir Soloman Smith, officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 N. Perry St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:00p.m. Friday. Mrs. Black will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 3-8p.m. Thursday. Mrs. Sandy Ann Black was born April 13,1960 in Baton Rouge, LA. She was the daughter of Ollie and Geneva Johnson. She was a resident of Pontiac, Michigan.Sandy attended Pontiac Central High School. She was employed by Belanger Maintenance Company. Her hobbies included arts and crafts, gardening, designing clothes, cooking, sewing, and most of all shopping. Sandy was interested by music an dancing. if you knew her, you knew that she was a loving, caring, responsible,and giving person. of all those things Sandy cherished nothing more than her family. Mrs. Sandy Ann leaves to cherish her memory her spouse: Steven Laverne Black of Pontiac, Michigan, Children: 1 daughter and three sons, Sherman Johnson, Eddie Campbell Jr(deceased), Tangameka Varice, and Steven Black, 4 step children: Tina Alexzander, Ann Black, Shatima Black, and Steven Laverne Black Jr, 22 grandchildren, 4 sisters: Rhonda Clark, Virginia McCray, Margaret Johnson, and Sarah Johnson, 8 brothers; Ollie Johnson III, Michael Varice, Cleveland Johnson, Karl Johnson, Gary Johson, John Johnson, Freddie Johnson, and Antonia Johnson, a host to many nieces, nephews, aunts,uncles,and cousins, mother and father in law; Laverne and Beverly Ann Black, 4 sisters in law; Robin, Shelley, Crystal, Lisa Black, Toyna Johnson,Kwek, Torrance,and Barber, 4 brothers in law; Wade Black, Ricky Black, Lyle Black, Rod Black, and Christopher McCray, and a host of other Relatives and friends including specail friends; Family, thje Kryla family, the Collier Family, the Stephens family,and the Bearden family. Mrs Sandy Black was preceded in death by Ollie Johnson Jr(Father), Michael Varice(Brother), and Eddie Campbell Jr(Son).
